Refund Policy Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges unless a product is defective or otherwise stated in writing by CryoDMA. If you believe your order qualifies for a return, contact us through our Discord. 6. Warranty All CryoDMA products come with a 6-month limited firmware warranty. You may optionally extend this warranty to 1 year via support ticket for an additional fee. Hardware damage or user tampering voids the warranty. 7. Modifications to Services or Terms CryoDMA reserves the right to change or discontinue any product or service at any time, with or without notice. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes. 8. Limitation of Liability CryoDMA and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services or products, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. 9.
